Over the past few weeks, we have been very conscious of the impact of flooding in parts of Northern New South Wales and in Queensland. As of Friday 10th February under guidelines of ARL’s Hardship Policy, we have decided to stop all correspondence being sent or phone calls being made to the areas that have been severely affected. For your reference, please find attached the postcodes that are excluded from collection activity.
We will advise when we will recommence collection contact to the affected postcodes. In the meantime, if you have any queries or concerns about this strategy, please do not hesitate to contact your Business Development Executive.

I’m pleased to announce that Noel Wyett's role will be expanded to support business development; while retaining his responsibilities as General Manager, Statewide Mercantile Services and a number of support functions across the business. Noel will also remain an integral part of the Executive Management Team.
Noel’s strong customer service acumen will be used working with and supporting Business Development, initially managing Nikki Dennis’ Client relationships, while she is on maternity leave. The client portfolio includes some of ARL’s largest clients along with a major focus on ARL’s fastest growing division, Consumer/Utilities. This is seen as a positive initiative in our on-going commitment to providing the highest level of customer service as we pursue our business goals.
