As part of our commitment for continued excellence and growth, I am pleased to announce that effective 1st May 2010 members of the Business Development team will have roles restructured to achieve a number of important initiatives. This restructure will deliver greater focus in the key market sector of Consumer debt, build an ARL presence in the South Australian market and provide a specific focus for additional support and to explore opportunities within our client base.

Nikki Dennis will take on the role of National Consumer Executive which will continue our successful vertical marketing strategy to this important sector, encompassing sales strategies to utilities, water authorities and other government departments that provide service to consumers. We wish Nikki success and look forward to continued growth in our consumer division which has experienced rapid growth over the last 2 years.

Spiro Pikoulas will continue to manage the sales and service activities for our major clients in ARL’s regional Headquarters based in Echuca. With the recent opening of our Adelaide Forbes Dowling office, Spiro’s new responsibility will focus on building debt collection clientele to grow and expand our collection operations in South Australia.

Rebecca Brown will be appointed to the newly created role of Client Service Executive (CSE).  The CSE role will focus on additional contact to SME clients based across our national network of offices. Rebecca will be ensuring service levels meet our client expectations and exploring opportunities to provide innovative solutions to our clients needs.
