| New additions to the Business Development Team |

Debbie Rose has recently joined ARL in the key role of NSW Business Development Executive. Debbie has extensive previous industry experience in particular within the banking, finance and insurance industry sectors and is integral to ARL’s business plan to expand its presence within NSW.
James Moore has also joined ARL as Business Development Executive for Queensland. James will be responsible for developing new client relationships within the Brisbane market.
We are delighted to welcome both Debbie and James to ARL and look forward to their future success!
