ARL Financial Hardship Division
ARL has a dedicated team of personnel who specialisein assisting people who are experiencing financial hardship in fair, considerateand compassionate manner.
To apply for Financial Hardship you will be required to complete the application which includes a Statutory declaration of your Statement of Financial Position (SOP) and supporting information proving income and expenses.
Every financial hardship application is assessed on individual circumstances and the information you provide will be used to make that assessment. Please complete the information fully, providing as much information as possible and immediately return it to Resolve 180 by mail.

If you require assistancecompleting your Application for Financial Hardship please contact the Resolve180 team on 1300 720 268, or you can contact a Financial Counsellor to assist you.
You can appoint a Financial Counsellor or any other person to act as a representative on your behalf but in order for Resolve 180 personnel to discuss this matter with your representative a Letter of Authority must be completed and returned before Resolve 180 personnel can discuss the matter with that person. Resolve180 cannot discuss the matter without that written authorisation.
