Complaint Lodgement Form

If you are having difficulty logging on to the Debtor extranet or want to lodge a complaint about privacy or any matter other than privacy please click on and complete and submit the Complaint Lodgement Form. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 20 working days, but if the matter proves to be more complex we will advise you of a revised timeframe. or write to Compliance Manager:

Privacy

If you want to lodge a complaint about privacy, request a copy of your personal information or request a correction to your personal information please click on the Complaint Lodgement Form. Select Privacy, complete and submit the Complaint Lodgement Form. Or write to Compliance Manager:

If you require a Letter of Authority to appoint someone to act on your behalf please download the Letter of Authority Form

complete it, sign it and forward to:

The Letter of Authority must be fully completed and signed by you and any nomination you make will continue indefinitely until you let us know in writing that it no longer applies. Nominating a new representative will cancel any previous nomination.
